    My name is ******** ********, ********* ** ****** ** ******** *****. based in ****. I have been a long term client of OGS Technologies Inc (********* *******), placing several orders since 2013. In November 2022, I placed an order to their International Sales Rep Mr. Chris K***** with email *******************. I never heard back until January 2023 when I followed up with him receiving a purchase order confirmation and the bank account where to submit payment. I paid but it didn't go through. I notified Mr. K***** and he provided a second bank account and this time, the amount of USD$14,420 plus bank fees went through. I then asked when my freight forwarder could pick up the order, however Mr. K***** stated they never received the funds and that the email I received came from a different domain (********************). OGS Technologies also accused me of being hacked and would not take any responsibility. My IT team has confirmed that my computer has no malware or viruses. Therefore, it is OGS Technologies' responsibility to investigate how their employees are being domain/email spoofed or find out if their employee is committing this crime under their name. I demand that OGS Technologies take action and accountability and either submit an investigation with *** ***, refund me or send me the products I paid for. I trust that Mr. Sal G****** Vice President of OGS Technologies, will take immediate action to resolve the discrimination against myself and my company. I have been a loyal customer and never expected to receive an evasive response from them: "It is not our problem", their own words. It is very suspicious that both purchase orders received from the "so called" hacker/scammer and Mr. K***** look exactly the same. I look forward to hearing from the Better Business Bureau.
