    I ordered an item and paid $55.98 for expidited delivery on 6/26/2025. Seller used *****. On the ***** form I can see that it was sent Standard Express, as opposed to the Overnight option that, on ******, was what I selected and paid for.

    Seller has refused to refund the amount, despite showing on the site that it would have a delivery date of 6/28/2025.

    To date, I have still not received the item. (6/30/2025 8:58 AM EST)

    Customer service was rude and unhelpful, putting the responsibility back on ****** and *****. Stating: "Note, when ordering *****, the weekends are not shipping days for them
    So today, 6/30/25, would be the correct day in their eyes, unfortunately", which is an entirely false statement as ***** offers 7 day shipping.

    Good Afternoon and Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback
    and insight regarding ****** along with ***** shipping information. We always
    try to respond and resolve any potential issues, one could only wish that all
    transactions were a 100% success all the time. New Designz Inc./NDZ maintains a
    solid, highly respectable reputation along with a very strong positive feedback
    profile across all marketplaces. I am aware second hand and understand the
    frustration this customer exhibited while calling our offices. This person
    demanded a refund of his shipping cost, which I understand but our shipping
    services offered, processing was on point. We do apologize for any confusion this
    customer may have had regarding ***** shipping options, and could only hope
    this information is well received in hindsight. It appears the problem may fall
    within ****** upon my review. NDZ is not listed or even participating on ******
    as a Fulfilled by seller ***** account, if so this would be a requirement.  The order, details page confirms his chosen
    shipping method along with ****** publishing order details with a potential Saturday
    delivery notice, however not accurate or fair to the customer or even NDZ for
    that matter. On ******, to keep it simple we have pretty much only your basic
    options, meaning NO service enhancements such as Saturday delivery options. NDZ
    Performance has not offered any Saturday delivery options for any service, in
    which case would require an additional fee as part of this enhanced shipping
    service. NDZ processes all orders on time and efficiency for quick shipment,
    one of the leaders in the industry.  NDZ has
    and does provide ***** Next Day Air service, which is what this party selected
    and fact paid for "***** Standard Overnight®". Unfortunately, NDZ
    Performance ****** shipping options are limited. Since our time on ****** or
    any marketplace, NDZ has NOT offered Saturday delivery option or a service option
    such as ***** Priority Overnight which may have offered Saturday delivery for
    an additional fee. Again, we apologize for any hardship or trouble the consumer
    may have faced because of the posted time in transit for his package,
    misleading we understand but we do not control Saturday shipping options as

    I am rejecting this response because: Even today, 7/1/2025, on the ****** page for this exact item, I can see an option for a paid delivery on Saturday, Jul 5th. (Please see the attached screenshot) There is nothing, on the item description or page that would lead anyone to believe the item would not arrive by the time given.

    This needs to be changed or a better working relationship with ****** needs to be forged to ensure times are met as advertised. I still want back the money that was paid for an expedited process in the amount of $55.98 USD.

    Good Morning, Yesterday, NDZ Performance processed a refund for the shipping amount. Please note,it appears the option that customers see does in fact show Saturday, our apology.  We are making changes to that to reflect NO Sarturday delivery, which is what I thought it was and should have been.  Our apology on this mistake, full refund of shipping costs.  Sincerely.     Hi *******,  My/ our apology for this whole ordeal, this should have never happened, we should have properly resolved the issue upon your call, guess a better understanding of the problem was instrumental on our end.
