    Frank power washed my house three years ago and did a very nice job. He was a nice guy, he brought his daughter with him, it was a good experience. So I recently called Frank because he recommended a power wash every three years. I was at work this most recently time and did not hesitate to Venmo the $525 payment because I had worked with him before and was super happy with his work in the past. When I got home from work my house is still dirty and I paid an extra $175 to have my walkway and patio power washed just like last time and my patio and walkway were not touched. Come to find out Frank was not the one who power washed my house, he will not return my phone calls.
