    My husband and I hired Josh Jones Construction for a full renovation of our 1964 home. While we were excited about the project, we have encountered several issues that need to be addressed as soon as possible.

    Specifically, we are facing the following concerns:

    Improper Shower Door Installation: Our brand-new shower door was installed incorrectly and is currently hanging. It will not close fully, rendering it unusable. On 9/16/24 Josh texted us to find out if we were available the next day for repair. No call, no show.

    Tile Issues in the Washroom: Staples are protruding through the tiles in our washroom, and there is a piece of tile missing altogether, which affects both the appearance and function of the space.

    Grout Missing from Fireplace: The grout missing from our downstairs fireplace has not been fixed, despite being part of the original scope of work.

    Additionally, we have not received any receipts or documentation for the renovation work, which we need for tax purposes and for any future resale of the home.

    We have made a significant financial investment in this renovation and would appreciate it if these issues could be resolved promptly. We are looking to rectify these problems amicably and within a reasonable timeframe, as we have been waiting for some time and would like to see this matter brought to a close.

    Please let us know when you will be available to address these concerns, as we are eager to move forward and conclude this project on a positive note.
