    My truck was towed by M****ns Midway Auto. After being towed, my truck had visual damage to the rear axil including the rear wheel sensors and the rear brake hoses. This was confirmed by ****. I approached Bert M***** about the damage and he claimed the lights were ON before the tow. I recently had this truck at the dealer for an oil change and service with no lights on the dash. I have visual pictures of the damaged caused by the tow trucks J hooks. Bert M***** claimed fault for the brake hoses being damaged and agreed to replace only the left brake sensor free of charge but would not agree to replace the other brake hose which was visibly damaged or the rear wheel sensors which were visibly damaged on the axil as well. I would like to handle this civilly. I ask that M****ns pay for the following damages. diagnostic from **** $150. wheel speed sensors $130 and labor of $298 as well as reimburse me for the tow of $330. The total debt is $908. It may be mailed to my home address to ******* *******. I plan to take further action with the *** consumer protection department as well as small claims court. This issue is fairly black and white and the evidence speaks for itself. They need to pay for their negligence. Thank you for your time
