I purchased 2 GA Sunday tickets and a Sunday VIP parking pass for ******* ******** to take place on 6/30/24 at ******** ***** *******y. I purchased the tickets on 4/30/24 for $195.38. On 6/28, I received an email that the festival had moved to the ******* ** ********, over an hour away, and numerous bands announced they were no longer playing as advertised. On 6/29 at approximately 11 PM E, there was a message that the festival had concluded on Saturday night and Sunday was cancelled. My email request for a refund due to the cancellation has gone unanswered.

Capulet Entertainment set about trying to put on a 3 day festival. There were a ton of acts, and it was at a big location. Then, a day before the "festival" was supposed to start Capulet Ent. Told us they were moving venues. They then got rid of over HALF the bands they promised. Then, on Saturday night at 11pm, they completely canceled the last day, which I had tickets for. They're offering no refunds. Even with the last day being canceled.

Paid for an outdoor musical festival with a promised 55 artists to be held in ********* **. Last minute they switched the venue to ********* *** They also moved it to an indoor venue which held over 10,000 less guests. They cancelled artists, and cancelled the last day of the show the night before. They refuse to give out refunds due to their discrepancies on their website. Which were only recently changed to what they state. They did not provide the entertainment in which was promised day of purchase for anyone. They also withheld information pertaining to the festival in purpose to ensure they didn’t have to give out refunds due to their “policy”. They have scammed many people, there’s numerous articles about this and even a few news report on the topic as well where the owner is interviewed and states that there will be no cancellations of the show.

Also they had bands selling tickets (which didn’t offer purchase protection and did not come with their “terms and agreements”.
