    I purchased two tickets for a stargazing cruise at the end of covid November 2022. The tickets could only be used betwen May and September. When I investigated what cruise I could take, I found that the cruise was many miles away from where ai live and would not be feasible. I requested a refund. Their policy for cancellation was full refund if 24 hour notice before scheduled cruise. I emailed Mark C******** and requested my refund. He seemed very workable and said he tried to refund my money but it rejected it. I did have issue with the card I used. It had been compromised and no longer active. He told me that there should be no problem and my bank would still accept the refund and debit my account in 3-5 business days. I waited…nothing…I contacted my bank and was told no attempt was made to refund my account. I contacted Mark c******** thru email over 7 times and each time he acted like he would refund my money but to this day, he never has. This has been going in since approximately August of 2023. I have since read numerous complaints about him not giving refunds to people. Some people had to reschedule due to fog or weather not good for star gazing. Apparently he has kept a lot of money and no services were given. I just want my money back. I purchased 2 tickets on 11/23/22 for a total of $115.00. Can you please get my refund for me?
