I called for the 1st time in November. Voice mailbox was full but owner called me back in 10 minutes. She said a new class would be starting that month and that I could put $1000 down as long as I made a weekly payment and the balance was paid off before completion of the program. I went to visit the school, signed a contract and the man who had me sign the contract told me that once the downpayment was received, he would be in touch to schedule me for the class. Due to limited funds, I needed to split the payment between 2 cards, so I went home to check the balance on the cards and put $1000 down through their website.

A week later, no one had called so I called them. Voice mail was still full and no one returned my call, I called a total of around 14 times and got no response. Last month I drove the 1 hour and 5 minute trip to the school to ask for my money back, spoke to the same man who took my contract, he said that it was my fault for not showing up the next day. I was at no point told I should show up immediately after making the payment. He gave me a phone number to call to get my money back but it turned out to be the same number with the voicemail still full.
