  If I could give zero or negative stars, I absolutely would. My experience with Columbia Ford Kia has been nothing short of infuriating and unacceptable. The employees consistently spoke down to me as if I were incapable of understanding basic English, which was both offensive and unprofessional.
  To make matters worse, they admitted to forging my signature on a loaner vehicle agreement. When I confronted them and stated that I had not signed any paperwork, they casually responded that they had “signed it for me.” Not only is this unethical, but it’s also illegal.
  Upon returning the loaner vehicle, they suddenly demanded the lease copy that was meant for my records—a document they had never previously asked for. The urgency and attitude they gave during pickup was completely uncalled for.
  Even more frustrating, they repeatedly insisted that nothing was wrong with my vehicle, despite the fact that I had provided multiple videos documenting the issue. Because they didn’t want to deal with the car (which I purchased there), they dismissed every concern I raised. I escalated the issue to the manufacturer and, within days, was told by a case worker that the issue was absolutely not normal for a brand-new car.
  As expected, Columbia Ford failed to document any of my concerns, making it appear as though I was making everything up. This dealership is not only untrustworthy—they are condescending, unethical, and evasive. They gaslight customers and manipulate situations to cover their tracks. No business like this should be allowed to operate.
  Avoid this place at all costs unless you enjoy being disrespected, lied to, and treated like your concerns don’t matter.
