      Outrageous cost for what ended up being a less than 1 hr snake job. We called because our 2nd floor toilet drain was clogged. They couldn't come to our house for 3 days, so not an emergency call and not same day service. We should have called someone else but we waited. We had already removed both toilets that drained into the same center floor pipe so they had the pipes easily exposed and accessible. They were here less than 1 hour, snaked the pipe, and charged us $1039 dollars. They didn't even reinstall the toilets when they were done! Complete scam! I could have bought the snake equipment for less than that cost! I'm extremely dissatisfied, not by the unclogged drain, but by the price for the work actually done. If you are smart, you will shop around for a better price when they hand you that quote. You agree to the cost because you think it is going to be as big a project as that cost would imply. Guess what? They don't adjust their final price if the work it entails ends up being less than the quote. They have you over a barrel, and they know it. Once they get to your house, you will agree to anything to get the problem fixed. So I know you may feel pressured and desperate, especially if you have already waited 3 days, but be smart. I was not smart. The best thing I can say about their service? It taught me a valuable lesson.

      We have used them for plumbing repairs including installation of water filter, rebuild tub valve, repair toilet valves, replace water tank, and other issues. Always completed properly and we are confident of their abilities to address and complete needed repairs. They do so in a competent manner. We are glad to have used them to meet our plumbing needs.
