I cannot say enough about this agent. I had a serious problem with the secondary insurance policy I had. He took the time to explain everything to me. He told me he would call me back in the afternoon and he actually called me back inside of two hours. He had found me a new plan, completely explained everything. What he did for me lifted the weight of the world off my shoulders. He truly cares and that means a lot. I will be recommending him to everyone. ***** * ****** We can not praise the service enough. It was scary looking for a medigap plan, but Rodrigo Jr. eased our fears and the insurance plan we selected together worked great for us. Anytime we had a question we would text him and a reply was immediately. After 2 yrs we moved to ******* and wish we could have taken Rodrigo with us. He educated me on insurance so I am hoping this student does as well selecting our next policy.
Besides the insurance plan for us, we are so happy they have reached out to the Spanish community to assist them as well. The language barrier is gone as the team is fluent in spanish.
