    I am surprised and totally disappointed with my experience with this hotel. I need two hip replacements and the elevator is broken. the attendant did not offer room on first floor, as I proceed up the steps the odor was strong of smoke. the carpet was dark brown from being soiled. at top of the steps the ice machine isn't working. but the biggest concern is blood stains on the sheets. Blonde hair on sheets. Splattered bed skirt. grime in the tub around the drain. All of which I have photos. I purchased 1 week stay through Third party ***********. they were unable to negotiate to get all my funds back and I incurred a1 nights stay charge. I didn't stay in facility at for even 30 minutes. I would like my my remaining balanced credited back to me. I was offered another room but not on the first floor. The conditions of this facility are unsanitary. No once should be insulted to be offered another room in a unsanitary facility. As I also mentioned above I need both hips replaced so no elevator is not option. and I have some level of concern for my health I REFUSED TO RISK STAYING IN THIS FACILITY.
