I was referred to Bill W***** at New England Buildings on August 7th, 2023 I had texted him sent pictures and address on Aug 8, 2023 during our phone conversation. We were scheduled for 8/14/23 and i offered to do it earlier and he texted 8/11/23. After some discussion about the distance which was 18 feet and texting he sent me the estimate #20220 and I texted per his request that I agreed on the terms and ****** him the deposit of $316.83 and purchased the 5 10*4's as requested and the pad was leveled. He showed up very late in the day approx. 3pm. After his attempt to move the shed with his flat bed, he stated that he would have to come back and for me to get permission from the neighbor to use their tree for a winch. I obtained their permission on 8.14.23 He stated he would call me and did on 8.16.23 and said he would get to me the that week and then changed it to the next week. On 8.18.23 i texted him that he was supposed to contact me to confirm that Tuesday was the day, he did not, i tried texting and calling on 8.21.23 to confirm and received at text on 8.22.23 stating hopefully tomorrow I asked him to please confirm with me later that night, he did not. I then texted him 8.22.23, 8.23.23,8.29.23, 9.7.23 and called 8.23 (2) 8.30 (2) and was sent to voicemail and could never leave one because his mailbox is always full. On 8.30.23 I requested a refund through Zelle and on 9.27.23 he did not respond. I also filed a dispute with my bank and they contacted his for a refund and never received a response. All screen shots attached, not only did he not comply with the contract he hasn't refunded my deposit and all of the metal framing is destroyed under my shed due to him not making the runners as described in the estimate. I had to pay another person $700 dollars to have the shed moved as well as purchase PVC for rolling. I would like a refund of my deposit as soon as possible. Thank you. If there is anything additional needed please advise. Thanks!

Ordered a 10x20 post and beam shed and have not received it.
On 5-27-2023 William L W****** , owner of New England Buildings, Came to my home in ********* to see my shed pad and confirm accessibility to my back yard. Also at that time I gave him a check for 50% of the shed in the amount of $3498.92 . Mr. W****** told me the shed was already under construction, I just had to choose my roof color, Green, and it would be ready in 3 weeks with delivery by July 4 weekend at the latest. which is why I chose NEB because of promised quick build and delivery. Check was Cashed 5/30/2023. As of 9/14/2023 , 16 weeks later, I have not received my shed. Poor communication on Mr. W******s part. I spoke with him approximately 4 times over this time period and each time, I'm told my shed is to be picked up and delivered on a certain day and that day comes and goes with no shed, no communication / response to my calls and texts from Mr. W****** for days/ weeks only to be given an excuse and the same song and dance all over again. I can't keep doing this. I need a shed. I need a refund so I can purchase a shed from a BBB rated shed company
