On 3/27/23, the owner of A&JZ Prime Services, Zed, contracted with us to install windows in a property we own located at ** ******** ****** in ********* **. We were invoiced $13,770.00 for the windows and instillation. We paid a deposit of $10,000 for him to order the windows. He never showed up to do the job. We contacted him via text message on 6/13/23 to inquire when he was going to install the windows and he replied on 6/14/23 he stated he was "behind" but the "windows are in". We did not hear from him so contacted him again on 6/28/23 stating were needed to know when work would be done and that this was a large sum of money or us. He stated weather was an issue and he needed a "few more weeks three more weeks". On July 6th, we again contacted him for a status. He again said weather is "not helping me out" and that his uncle got "diagnosed with cancer..." and asked for "a little bit more time...". When pressed on what that meant he responded "just couple of weeks". On July 22nd we again inquired on status of getting job done. He stated his "uncle is under hospice...and just need little more time...". We responded that we were sorry about your uncle but we need to know when you are starting the job. He did not respond. On 7/31,23 he called and stated he is not working, his workers left him and he again needs more time and that the earliest he can do the job is September 1st but that he cannot deliver the windows to us. It has been over 4 months and we no longer believe him to be truthful and we are no longer comfortable that he will complete the service with good workmanship standard. So on 7/31/23I, we sent a text message stating he must either 1) return our $10k deposit or 2) deliver the windows to the home address and give us a date certain within the next two weeks to compete the job or I will file a Better Business Complaint and seek legal action. He responded I need to cease communicating with him or he will get a lawyer.

The contractor—Jezid S********* pretty much attempted to bill me double the original amount of funds he stated on a contract (without his business identification number). According to Mr. S*********, since he had to do “double the work the price will be doubled”.

Moreover—Mr. zejid S********* said he “removed black mole from the kitchen ceiling”. But, he did not get a permit to do so, either is he licensed to do so in ***********.
Now, I’m concerned for my health—as well as other family members.

Lastly, A-&-Z Prime Services (owned by Zejid S********* left over 20 large trash bags full of rubbish in the backyard (along with other rubbish).
