I am pleased with the salesperson and with the person who did measuring. I waited a Long time for the installation but that is not unusual when one orders anything. My windows were installed today by Jeff. He did a great job and when finished reviewed window function with me. From our initial visit to order the windows through installation this company was excellent. Dave and his partner did an amazing job of installing the windows and slider door. Having done business with AWS three times since 2010, we highly recommend them. Their products are high quality, service is exceptional both before and after installation, their warranty is unbeatable, and they back it up. Our door installer, Marcin, was prompt, knowledgeable, did a first-class job removing the old and installing the new door as well as cleaning the work area during and after installation. I can't even express enough how amazing the installers are with this company. There was a bit of issues with the office, however our installer Dave more than made up for it. Him and Christian were professional and had amazing personalities. The patience they showed coming in and out of house with 2 toddlers and a baby running around and toys everywhere was impressive because I don't even have that patience. The kids absolutely loved them. The attention to detail, their cleanliness and their professional was perfect. Dave even tried to help hang up my curtain sash because I couldn't reach lol. I could go on forever about the experience. As someone that works directly with homeowners, I will consistently recommend AWSAdvanced Window Systems, LLC
