  We just had new windows put in. Long overdue for our home. I must say we receive many quotes. But after meeting with Kelly from advanced windows we decided to choice this company. Our experience was fantastic from their customer service team, to the instalation team ... Dave and the crew were very professional and answered our questions or concerns during the process. This company offers financing, which was a big plus for us. The quality of the window itself is amazing! Big difference in the appearance of our home. Not to mention less outside noise and no more drafty windows. I highly recommend this company and will be using them again in the future.

  AWS did a great job installing my new windows! The w process from sales with Jared, to installation with Rafael, was seamless and easy. All product differences were explained to me and the quote process was quick. AWS kept me posted on the timeframe for installation. Rafael did an excellent job, he was very clean and efficient throughout the installation. I would highly recommend AWS for new windows!

  The bath and shower installers did a fantastic job putting in a new tub and converting our other bathroom into a walking shower. They new what they were doing, they were great. I recommend AWS for any renovation for windows, doors and baths.

  Rafal did an awesome job installing my new walk-out basement door. He definitely took pride in his work with attention to detail. The overall job was done in a very timely manner. The staff kept in touch between initial visit and final installation and kept me appraised of the timeline.

  Would highly recommend AWS to anyone. The salesperson was extremely personable and answered every question fully. He was easily contacted even during off hours which made it good for us with our busy schedules. He did not pressure into signing a contract. Had to wait a few weeks for the material to come in from out of state but we were not in a big rush. The person scheduling the project was very accommodating in helping determine the best day that worked for us. The installers were very nice and got the job done in 1 hour less than we were told it would take. They did exactly what we were told they would do. They set up, did the job thoroughly, and cleaned up everything. I have not one single complaint about AWS. You can get other quotes and some might be slightly lower in cost, but you will not find better quality in both the material and the workmanship. Cost is not always the primary determining factor in a big project like this.

  Our installer, Rafael, arrived punctually, got right on task, and completed the job faster than I expected. Yes, he was neat and efficient, but also considerate and pleasant to work with. He asked if we wanted him to start in the kitchen or the basement, and saved the outdoor finishing for last. That allowed us to use the kitchen in time for lunch preparations.

  Rafael was very punctual and professional. He went above and beyond to make sure that my windows were done more than correctly by putting in a little extra work that wasn't required at no charge. He worked fast but safely, and cleaned up behind himself to the point you could not even tell someone did work. Rafael took the time to explain the reason we had our problems with the old windows and why with what he did we wouldn't have the same problems with the new windows. If this was our forever home I would have had him do all the windows! Great experience, thank you AWS!

  What a great experience working with AWS. Patient, polite and prompt from start to finish. Of all the window installations I have experienced and done this Team is finally one outfit that could install better than I. Workers were so well coordinated, quick and detailed, my participation was barley needed. I worked from home conducting meetings with hardly a notice during the complete experience. Cleanup was A+. Anyone who expects a Team to spend a few hours magnetic dragging grass looking for a stray screw, nut and washer is not realistic (I counted 5). In-between tear-down and take-away all items were stacked nicely and safely out-of-the-way. Items I tagged to keep were likewise treated. It's been a few months now and I am perfectly satisfied with the product, installation and compliments, thank you very much! Do it and don't look back.
