    I payed a total of $1593 through the third party company ****** for a Amr performance tune for my ******** *** *** and everything was good however the item got lost when I was sending it back to them and they made me wait months to get confirmation that the item was indeed lost I have them all the information I had they were acting like I wanted a free item that is not the case I wanted my money I payed for the item I think it is common sense to not pay for something you do not have in your possession? There communication was very bad and wasted my time do not use this company they just wanted to steal my money the after dealing with them I had a lot of people tell me the owner is very greedy and money hungry it shows so because he obviously does not care for his customers at all he sent me a full refund to my email it was a invoice which was a lie out of the money I spent I was only given back $490 I believe anyone in this position would be upset so this is why I left the review and I did not realize how many complaints they had on BBB it’s very important to check these reviews.

    The website screen shot invoice that was sent to you, showing that negative total amount due, is negative the total amount because you put in the dispute with ****** therefore the amount was taken from us and your invoice updated per ******.

    It does not show good character to lie when making a claim. You are telling BBB, as well as others, we only refunded you $490 which is a lie and with this lie also gave us a 1 star on ****** after we helped you several times in the past. I have attached the resolved dispute done through ******. You were refunded $999 as you can see from the statement from ******. Even though we won the entire disputed amount, we went out of our way to show good faith even though we did not receive the item back and refunded you the difference. You never returned the product and you agreed that you would be okay with refunded the difference. Which is the total amount less the hardware. We did say if you returned the hardware, we would give you the additional refund. You then changed your story to you lost the hardware. After having ****** mediate this and as the package is sold as a complete item, it was within our right to not refund you until the entire package until it was returned, but we did the right thing by you and you agreed to it. But it seems you only agreed to get the refund and then follow with 1-star reviews and these claims of us only refunding you $490. The paperwork is attached and we hope the BBB can see we did everything we can to assist you in this especially since we never receive any of our hardware back therefore never returned anything.

    *** **** I am not sure why you are saying I am lying I have not lied about a single thing I have been nothing but patient and respectful to you and Chirs I send a screen shot to you I wasn’t even refunded $490 dollars it was actually less it was $459 I have the screen shot and I can share with you my bank statement I am not laying I did not receive $999 dollars if that was the case I would not be going through the headache of doing all this.

    The refund does not come from us, you used ******. Please see our attachment records. We refunded you from ****** for the $999. Please contact them, you are more then welcome to use the receipt we show here and the one we emailed you that you "agreed" to.

    This "rejection" to our response should not be towards us. You used ****** financing, you put the dispute in with ******, we won the dispute, however, in good faith refunded you $999 through ******. All documents and receipts showing all of this are attached. We hope you understand that this does not have to do with us. $999 was again refunded, taken out of our account and refunded to you by ****** per the document screen shot of our account.

    Do you have other outstanding loans? Do you own them money? Etc.. We do not know this. We are not ******.

    *** **** YOU are welcome to contact ****** and deal with them your self I’ve been dealing with YOU and ****** for months now if you come to a agreement and I can get my rest of the $999 back you have my word I will take this off and ****** but untill then you do as you please I am not talking to ****** and no I do not owe any money this was my first and last time using ******
