    ******** ***** **** dispatched a tow truck to tow my car on 7/19/22. Meagan's Auto, Truck & Equipment Specialist, LLC towed my car from **** ********** ********* ********* ** to **** **** **** in ********** **. The driver did a fine job, however, when he backed the car off his truck, a hook on a restraint chain caught on my front bumper and popped 4 fasteners out. Half of my bumper is now bouncing when I drive. It clearly needs to have the fasteners reinstalled. At this point, I'm sure it's a very minor job, but it will surely get worse if I keep driving it. I explained what had happened to the driver; he indicated that the bumper was "...in bad shape to start with." I can assure you it was in perfect shape. My car will be classified as a classic car within 5 years and I maintain it well. I would never have driven it with a half-disconnected bumper. Also, the manager of the **** **** **** location witnessed the incident and will testify, if need be.

    The next day, I called your ********** 800 customer service line and reported the incident. The gentleman who took the call said the didn't know how to proceed, but would check with his manager and call me right back. It has now been 20 days and I have yet to receive a return call. I subequently called Meagan's directly at least 8 times over the next two days. I always got a message indicating the voice mailbox was full. I then sent a letter, but have yet to hear back. I have to think they're trying to avoid their culpability.

    I would appreciate it if you would intercede so I can get my bumper fixed. I would strongly prefer to settle this informally and before the damage worsens. Thank you!
