    Website provides rewards points but does not allow me to use the points during purchase as indicated. I have messaged and attempted to call the company with no response in a month. no customer service available. False advertising of point plan.

    I purchased 6 items on April 1 - 23 totaling 115.80 .

    I had called and talked to a representative and told her I wanted to do a exchange for the vita curl gel cream for the vita curl styling gel because the gel / cream did nothing but left my hair frizzy with no definition.
    She told me to go online to do the exchange and they would send out correct one and just keep the gel / cream .
    I called and talked to different rep and explained what I WAS TOLD and their website is not user friendly.
    She then proceeded to tell me they do not do exchanges only store credit .
    Online it clearly states exchanges .
    I ordered it 30% off and was only getting what I paid for however I was being charged for the exchanged product at FULL price . How is that a exchange?
    I told the 2nd rep what the first rep told me and she didn’t show any concern at all after I spent 115 on hair products and she did not care . I sent them a email and they never responded.
    All calls are recorded and was told a exchange can be made NOT store credit and then Oder the for product at full price .
    It’s more than frustrating when a company can not return a email and tell customers that their own employees tell customers wrong information when clearly it’s on a recorded line .
    I was told they would send out new product and just keep the product that did not work .
    Maybe they need to train their employees bc every rep has a different story and has no concerns for the customers at all . Just hangs up on them .
    Last time I will order from this company bc customer service lacks any concerns and does not returns emails nor do they return phone calls .
