    The food was amazing, and although there was a little attitude, I know it’s just cause it was extremely busy. My only complaint today is going to be the apps that people can order through, and how much accessibility they have to it in-store. If anything all they can change is the time limit, but that’s not enough. I waited 45 minutes before the APP told me my food was ready, but when I pulled in the parking lot was full and so was their waiting area. People kept ringing the bell to ask for their food and they couldn’t get it made fast enough. There needs to be a way that they can communicate to their customers what’s going on in store, so that they don’t have angry customers yelling at them for their food all because THE APP said that it should all be done and they can’t change it to say otherwise. They need to be able to change the amount of time it’s going to take, and be able to say when they can come pick it up or not. A lot of customer complaints and problems can be avoided if they had access to such things and maybe more in the app.
