    A3 Assurance has become a great asset for our business. Employees now understand their accountability and what is expected of them. A3 Assurance's flowcharted procedures are easy to use, intuitive, and replace piles of paperwork.

    Dean is my son, my baby boy he helped me with my then small business where he was responsible for developing documentation for marketing and maintaining our state compliance requirements (now he wants to help others).Dean is efficient, detail-oriented, and extremely competent. He often successfully finishes a task well before the deadline. He is very organized and never misses a deadline or forgets an assignment.Dean also has an excellent rapport with people of all ages. He has taught both young children and the elderly?and to every age in between. His excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) allows him to connect with all kinds of people and inspire them to put forth their best effort.In summary, I highly recommend Dean for any position or endeavor that he may seek to pursue.
