      This is the worst place I have ever lived and owned. The WWV Board is impossible to work with, we have gone through 5 property managers in 8 years. The current property managers, ** ******** ********** is one of the worst. I HAVE BEEN GETTING WATER IN MY BASEMENT FOR 1 YEAR NOW. NOONE HAS FIXED THE PROBLEM. JUNE 2023 THE ASSOCIATION SENT CLEANERS WHO CUT HOLES IN MY WALLS AND RIPPED OUT MY FLOORS. THEY HAVE STILL NOT FIXED IT. THE PROPERTY MANAGER IS FULLY AWARE, CAME TO MY UNIT IN OCT, FEB, PROMISED IT WOULD ALL BE FIXED/REPAIRED. HE STILL HAS NOT FIXED IT AS HE SAID HE WOULD OR REPAIR THE DAMAGES THE WATER FROM A CLOGGED FOOTING DRAIN OUTSIDE IS CAUSING. THEY HAVE NOT ADDRESSED THE CONSTANT MUDSLIDE TO THE WALKWAY, IT LOOKS DISGUSTING AROUND HERE.
      My Neighbor installed an illegal KITCHEN vent cutting a hole to the outside of the building, ILLEGAL IT STATES IN OUR BY-LAWS. IT STINKS UP MY HOUSE FOR YEARS NOW. THE BOARD FINALLY VOTED LAST JULY TELLING HER IT NEEDS TO BE REMOVED. ** ******** ****CAME AND LOOKED, SAID THEY WERE GOING TO HAVE IT REMOVED, SEALED AND SIDING FIXED. IT IS STILL NOT GEMENT DONE!
      WWV AND ** ******** *******S DO NOT DO WHAT OUR COMMON CHARGES SHOULD BE USED FOR, AND DO NOT ENFORCE THE BY-LAWS TO EVERYONE. MISMANAGED COMMON CHARGES, MADE ME PAY $800ISH ASSESSMENT BECAUSE THEY WERE BEHIND ON OUR BILLS.
      WESTWOOD VILLAGE IS THE WORST MANAGED COMPLEX IN THE STATE OF CONNECTICUT.
