    We placed a $89 deposit on a bounce house rental on June 13, 2025. The balance of $259.23 would be paid after the event, which was scheduled for June 17, 2025. The business notified us on June 16, 2025 that they would not deliver the bounce house because there was rain in the forecast. We asked if they had something that could be placed in our barn since they have inside bounce houses on their website. They said they didn't have anything available. When we asked for our $89 deposit back on June 16, 2025, they said it was not refundable but could be used for an additional rental for the next year. We had the party and have no use for another bounce house, so we again asked for our deposit back on June 19, 2025. They again refused to reimburse us for the deposit. This is a scam and an easy revenue stream without providing a service.
