      Trying to contact them bout a car that bought thru them the car was crashed and deemed totaled since June 25th 2022 the insurance cut a check to them and they are still reporting late payments to the credit bureau and my credit has dropped almost 150pts nobody has called me back

      Already responded to this complaint with the co-borrower.  The insurance check has not yet been received and there is a partial guaranty which means that the insurance check will be less than the account balance.

      I have a car I got in December of 2021 thru sensible auto loan . The car was crashed and the auto body shop deemed it totaled 5/25/2021. Me and the co-signer have left numerous messages and can not get thru. My insurance issues a checked to them and they are still REPORTING TO MY CREDIT CARD BUERA that payments are not being mad how ever it’s been tolerated almost 8 weeks. My account dropped over 80 points in 8 weeks for non payment when they are aware it was deemed totaled and library mutual is sending a check. No one will return me or the other person on the loan.

      I informed Sensible Auto that the COVID-19 virus had a devastating impact on my family and I was out of work for a few months. They refused to do anything. On or around 7/6/2022, my car was repossessed from employer parking lot. I was not notified for 24 hours on who had possession of the vehicle. The aforementioned finance company, told me that $1589.00 (repo fee included) had to paid and I had to pay an (undisclosed) separate amount the garage that has the car. They are refusing to accept a credit card over the phone and requiring that I pay cash. First, I do not have any means of transportation to do this, I enlisted my family in another state to assist me only be denied because **** and ******* on want cash. This is an undue hardship. Also, the garage company that has my vehicle is moving my vehicle or personal belongings from ** ** **., when is was originally be stored in *** They will not allow me access to my vehicle to retrieve my expensive work equipment and credit cards, which is why I am having difficulty paying.

      According to the statement from the assigned Agent, the **** **** ****** was repossessed from your home address listed on the credit application on 7/06/2022 at 1:00 PM EST. The vehicle was being stored at *** ************ ***** ************* ** *****. Please note that the vehicle does not have “low-jack”, it has a GPS unit that was fully disclosed at the time the loan was onboarded. Also, please note that a Payment Plan was offered 6/10/2022 without following through on your part. Since receipt of this complaint the vehicle has been redeemed. I am including a copy of your Retail Installment Loan Contract as well as the pay history for reference.

      I paid off my car on the 7th. I was told my title would be sent electronically, but when I called the dmv they said that if my title was sent to the lender by mail that the lender has to send it back by mail. So I called Sensible Auto Loan and no one can tell me anything but Joe who is in charge of Titles. I have left messages for the last week and no one has contacted me. I don't see how they can take your money but you can't speak to anyone!

      Went to buy a car and some how someone else's information is on my credit report and I can't buy a car until this matter ii solved people there seem not willing to resolve this issue

      Account number: ********** Sensible auto has inaccurately reported to all three major reporting agencies. I have disputed the information as inaccurate and they have not removed the account from my consumer report. This account has been charged off and the car has been resold in an auction. A charged off debt is a dead debt that IRS considers gross income. Gross income by law, cannot be reported on a consumer report. I have informed Sensible Auto in writing that this account is in violation of my rights and to this day, the account is still on my consumer report. Furthermore, I am receiving daily calls from sensible auto to collect money on a dead debt. They call at least 5s a a week. Which is a violation of my rights.

      Sensible did not sell personal information to a third party. Single-Interest Insurance is fully disclosed on the Retail Installment Contract. Copy of contract is attached for reference. The account is accurately reported as a charge off and the 1099-C is not applicable unless a lender stops attempting to collect the deficiency balance. Attached please find a copy of the Statement of Sale letter.

      The company changed our contract without telling us. We called to make payments come out on the first all this time that's the way we've been paying now that tax time came around they claim that we have to pay $250.00 weekly They keep calling my husband several time a day. The contract was altered in all kinds of ways 1. payment amount 2 initial 3. added an extra $2000 4. FORGED OUR SIGNATURE 5. sent to creditors that i have been late on payment (not true) saying i'm past due 30 days
