    Do not forget use this plumber! They replaced a delta part in our shower which we later found out was under warranty. Upon learning this (within 48 hours of the service and paying for the part), we called to get the part number so we could apply for our refund from Delta for the part. The person in Carmine’s office assured us that she would get back with this information promptly. We waited a week and called again and were promised the information would be forthcoming. We were not asking Carmine’s to do anything or refund our money—just get us the Delta part number. We called two more times with no result. The last call resulted in the office person telling us that it is not their responsibility to let customers know if a part is under warranty. We are out $175 for a part that was under warranty because it was too much trouble for Carmine’s to look up a part number. BE WARNED— do not use this business
