All of these statements are untrue, and I will submit
pictures to show his bad work, and I have a testimony from another contractor
telling me the entire job is done incorrectly, starting with how he put cement
board on top of the existing drywall. ****** shoddy work shows that he did not
have the knowledge or experience installing tiles or remodeling a bathroom. I
regret hiring him and have learned the hard way.
Take note we were 6 weeks in of a bathroom remodel still with numerous things that needed attention (the valve that came defective took 3 days total for a replacement). At this point I am requesting a
full refund with reimbursement of new material and the trash can along with the toilet seat cover he damaged with his tooIs have pictures of all of this too.  I have all cleared check showing amount isn’t
    accurate.

1.Video of my bedroom wall (have to upload separately)

2.the installation of Sheetrock was done poorly and left gap to the floor

3.the wall where the mirror was placed electrical was not
    done correctly and supporting brackets
had to be placed. (picture is new work)

4.wall when uncovered where pipes where that is how
blocking support was done with loose wood.

    5. Wall when uncovered was 1/2 sheet rock 1/2 cement
    board

The work in the main bathroom was suppose to be done on Friday 11/22, on Thursday 11/21 **** **** called and said that she didn't want ****** to go back to her house and do any of the work that was left to be done. On Wednesday 12/20 **** **** sent ****** a video (available upon request)  of a few of the items that she wanted him to address and he was planning to do it the following day, On Thursday he arrived in the morning and he started to finish the work on the bathtub faucet handled. He had to leave to attend to another costumer and he was go to be back within 1 hour and half to finish the work but **** **** said not to come back

In regards to the the handled the wall was actually open for over a week as the costumer ordered the item online and he came defective a few time so if they wanted the handled to be place higher they could have indicate it with plenty of time. We place the handle as the same high that the previous one was located and never mention that they wanted higher and we will certainly have place higher if it was requested.

The shower head was suppose to be install on Thursday but she didn't want ****** to go back to finish the work.

No holes was done into the main bedroom, when the old cast iron bathtub was remove two nails head came out in the main bedroom wall but we were planning to fix that small damage.

All the wall in the bathroom were finish, except the in the closet the access to the bathtub plumbing that was already open in the past and needed have the sheetrock reattach with two screw as he was prior to starting the work.

No live wires was left, we installed the fan vent and the wire was secure in the electric  box with electric winged wire connectors and the fan and the led light was working correctly when we left.

We received a $3350 payment as $1200 original deposit when sign contract, $1650.00 upon starting work and additional $500 payment, all materials was to be provided by costumer.

We actually have a balance due to us for all the work done as well some additional work was done as part of the project that also need to be billed

I'm including some pictures of the original bathroom before the work started and final work and original contract. We have plenty more of picture of the work in progress if needed. Please let me know how to proceed .

We had only about 6 hours of work left at the most, everything was pretty much done even the accessories was installed (which is the pretty the last thing that we do in the bathroom installation)  and she never said that it was an issue with the bathroom

Unfortunately we were not able to complete the removal of the gravel as the disposal for it was a lot more expensive than anticipated when the price was quoted. We were hoping to move and dispose of the gravel as suggested by The  costumer on the property but due to health issue couldn't do that either. I suffered from herniated disk and couldn't take the chance to hurt myself more. I'm hoping to be able to return the deposit in a couple of week due to financial hardship, I'm sorry about this and i will have love to resolve this situation sooner. Sincerely, Carlos T*****
