The owner of this company threatened me and harassed me via text and calls, because I complained about their job done in my house (they broke an item and used my washing machine without telling me, leaving a mold smell that still doesn’t go away). She called me saying that she was gonna bring me to court, because I offered to pay $75.00 instead of $100.00, considering the damage they caused. She didn’t care that I’m pregnant and gave me a lot of stress anyway, calling me and yelling at the phone, saying things I didn’t even understand due to her poor English!
Attached, the broken item and the rags they left in my washing machine gone moldy. I’m reporting this business because I don’t want to be contacted by them at all, as I had to block 3 of their phone numbers to make them stop harassing me.

    Business Response

    Date: 11/10/2023

This Client hired our business to do a standard cleaning at her home with a weekly recurrence. After our first visit she mentioned that she wasn't happy with the way our technicians worked and we addressed on the second visit. After the second visit our tech left the rags used on her house on the washer machine (what is a normal procedure) to be used on the next visit. We asked her to leave them there and all messages and phone calls are saved on our open phone system. On our terms and conditions we allow 24 hours for any issues to be filed and she never complained.  When she contacted us, she mentioned that a toy was broken and the washer machine had a smell. We promptly offer to fix all the issues, as we did, and she mentioned calling the police and all. We just called her to try to work a way to resolve the problem. We were not rude or anything, and again, all the phone calls and texts messages are recorded. We hope that this can be dismissed on the best way possible.

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because: the cleaner never asked me to leave rags in the washing machine and if fact the owner apologized via texted about not doing it. Nobody ever has washed their rags in my washing machine, so I’m not sure what’s the standard procedure is according to this business, as they completely lacked communication and respect towards me, the owner of the house. The toy the broke was a memory from my daughter’s grandmother and it couldn’t have been fixed. The owner so called Cris called me threatening me to send me to court or something like that (it was hard to understand her English) just because I proposed a solution to all the mess they have created, that was basically reduce the pay to $75.00, instead of $100.00. She was rude and disrespectful, yelling at the phone. Not sure why she had the need to call me to harass me, reason why I told her I was going to call the police. I’m pregnant and she knew it and the anxiety this woman put on me is not good for both me and my baby - if she has kids she might understand what I’m talking about. I’m reporting this business because of the disrespect they had towards me and my house, just because I spoke out the truth and told them what was going wrong! They have been lying about not receiving texts from me ( just the ones they didn’t wanna see) and saying they told me about the rags in the washing machine (there is no evidence that they communicated with me regarding this matter).
