    On July 25th, We care for you was sent to the ******** ****, by the ******** **** to pick up my 91 year old husband to the Dr in ******* **. At a cost of 250.00! He was in the very back of the van folded up like what looked to me as being shoved in and unsecured. We had the appointment and during the appointment, my husband had a black out episode caused from a UTI. We were never able to finish the appointment and had to call an ambulance. We care for you never finished the trip to take my husband to our home. After the ambulance came to pick my husband up, I followed the ambulance to the hospital. While I was trying to find a parking spot at the emergency room parking garage, We care for you followed me to the hospital and through the parking garage tooting his horn and yelling at me. My grandson was in the car with me and saw the entire thing. I called We care for you and asked for a refund for the second half of the trip and was told they would not give me a refund of any kind. There are so many reasons that this company should not be working with senior citizens! Taking advantage of us and treating my husband the way he was and not refunding money for a trip that was never completed, is unfair. Please help me to get my money returned. Thank you
