Had a slow drain and leak from second floor tube, to first floor laundry room. Plumber came 3/20 charged $549 for 1002 - Residential Labor - Labor

I replaced the tub shoe. But in order to I had to cut the water pipe that was
in the way.

I cut out a small section of copper and 45/45 to make way for the tub shoe.

and 2 days ago leak started again. Came to the house and said its from a 3 way valve and would need to go through bathroom wall to fix. They state a warranty on labor for 1 year on their invoice. And charge us $100 to look at the same leak. We have used them before and are extremely disappointed. Called the office again, lets see if they resolve this

At the original visit the technician spoke to the *** ****** and explained what he observed and what needs to be done to correct the issue with the leak from the existing cracked tub drain which was replaced.
We were called back 5 weeks later regarding a leak coming from the same area. it was explained to *** ****** that if the leak is irrelevant to what was previously repaired a service fee will be charged. Upon inspection we found that the leak was not coming from the tub drain that was previously replaced, this leak was a different issue. The technician found that the existing three handle tub and shower valve in the wall was leaking when it was turned on, and it would stop leaking when it was turned off. The valve is approximately 50+ years old and needs to be replaced. We gave an estimate to remove the sheet rock wall behind the tub as well as furnish and install a new tub and shower valve. **** ****** did not agree at the time with proposed price.
The customer was issued a refund for $99 that morning before any contact with the customer and later we discovered this review.
**** ****** returned our call from that morning and was told we credited her first thing in the morning for the $99. We also had the technician speak to her again and explain what needs to be done to fix her leak. Botticelli plumbing offered to discount the job to "0" labor and charge only cost of material and that offer was not accepted.
