    The management company holds meeting and votes without communicating with homeowners. Terrible customer service withholds informations and violates home owners rights. I would highly advice that you keep looking when vetting a property management team.

    REI Property and Asset Management does not make decisions regarding board meetings, board votes or owner meetings and owner votes. Those decisions are made by the board of directors.
    Owners are free to request association records.

    REI Property Management is very professional and answers all my questions and concerns. I’ll understand that they are just managing according to our Association Rules and regulations. I'm very pleased with them.

    REI Property Management is a very professional company. I can not imagine going for any other management company. REI staff responds to all my emails and addresses my concerns. At every Board meeting, they explained what is allowed or not according to the Association rules.
    I'm very pleased with the company.
