  Was quoted a price of $365 for mobile tire repair. Repaired tire the said it needed a new sensor and had to charge for travel. Then said it was $965. Would tighten lug nuts or take it off the jack until paid.

  Please don’t use this company there are a rip off scammer . I had a fat called for a tire . I was told 440 for the tire and it will be a new tired .So I took the new tire when they get to my location they bought an old tired and still charge me the price 440 for an old use tire.Martle is such a liar and a scammer.Please don’t use this company they are rip off.This is 2023 February.

  I had a bad tire. Martel told me it would be $300 to come to my location and replace it with a new tire. He sent a truck and replaced with a used tire. He had my car on a jack and demanded $585 or he would not let my car down. Not wanting to see the confrontation get worse I Zelle'd the money. This guy should not be allowed to be in business.

  Martel was called to repair a ubolt/spring and tire on a trailer. The spring/ubolt shifted into The rear fender. I explained this in detail to him on 1/27/23 he assured me that it was an odd request but he could still do the job but wouldn't be able to do it till 8am. That night I agreed to confirm him coming out to repair the trailer and tire, at 7am on a three way call with my husband we agreed to a full price of 385$ because he knew i had a sick child and was traveling from ** ** *** He agreed to pick up a new tire at ****** *******, however, ****** ******** system was not correct so Martel advised he would have to remove my tire bring it to his shop instead as he had a tire there, and return within an hour. at 9:12am he removed the tire. by 11:14pm I called him for an etf and was told 25 min. Martel finally showed at 12:40pm saying because it was a new tire it took an hour to stretch. I watched him take a sledge hammer to the fender and could not understand why he was not fixing the spring and moving the unbolts back like he agreed. When I question him, he said I only agreed to fix the tire, where I said no you didn't you agreed to fix the full thing, ignoring my concern he then proceeded to say the bill was now $455 and that I had to pay even more to fix the spring. Feeling scared that if I did not pay him he would harm me as he stood uncomfortably close to my window talking about inflation and trying to justify his lie and his new billing I paid the bill. he then told me to drive to his shop to have the spring repaired where I said are you sure the trailer is safe when the axel is at a tilt like this. He said Yup see you there. I started driving and 10 seconds into the drive the tire began smoking. I told him this and he just drove off. I want a full refund as the tire he told me to drive on popped again and he put me and my child in danger by advising me to drive knowing what the trailer looked like. he is liable for the trailer and the damaged tire.
