  Nobody answers the phone no matter what day or time you call. This company was schedule to tow my car with through my insurance’s Roadside Assistance. I actually got a call from the person who was supposed to tow my car in the early afternoon on a Monday, and he said that he was far away and it would “be a long time before he got there.” I got a call hours later from my insurance company claiming that they were “unable to locate my car” after providing them my GPS location and verbally telling the tower where to find me. The insurance company started a second claim to come pick up my car, and after another couple of hours, I heard nothing. The insurance company had to cancel my claim with Meagan Towing because even they couldn’t get ahold of the company. It is now the evening and I have been sitting on the side of the highway for many hours because of the complete lack of effort from Meagan Towing. Very unprofessional, lack of care for customers, and close to no communication whatsoever.

  I just had a great experience in ********** My transmission quit last night, stuck overnight in a parking lot to deal with it this morning. Called **** roadside who used Meaghans towing, was told they'd contact the company and text me an ETA. 5 minutes later get the text, 90-120 minutes out. Then about 10 minutes later got a call that they were on the way, Henry showed up and had my truck on his flatbed ready to go. Call from Roadside to tow time was less than 45 minutes total. Henry was extremely courteous, towed my truck 30 miles away happily, and left it safely in the service lot. Can't thank you folks enough

  Something hit my tire and it went instantly flat. Rob from Meaghans Towing got out there in 30 min and had me on the trailer and towed home quickly. His truck was the cleanest I've ever seen. He was quick, efficient, and considerate. Not to mention kind, friendly and personable.

  After reading the reviews, my story is the same. Communication is outside of their vernacular. The company is extremely rude and beyond help. I am just so surprised they are still in business! I guess Agero will contract out to anyone with a truck. To say they knew what they were doing was an extreme exaggeration. Do not use this company under any circumstance!

  My car broke down so I called my insurance company to arrange for a tow, which is part of my insurance. They assigned the job to Meagan Towing & Recovery, with an ETA of 90 to 120 minutes.
  After almost 2 hrs and no sign of them I tried calling them, but they didn't pick up. I tried multiple times and they never picked up. I called the insurance again and apparently they managed to talk to Meagan and were told that they were 30 mins out.
  After a while their vehicle appeared on the little map where you can track where they are, but it drove past the exit it should have taken and disappeared.
  So I called the insurance again, and apparently Meagan told them they were "running a bit late" and it would be another half hour.
  After a while they sent me a text message update with a 5 minutes ETA, and their vehicle showed up on the map again, coming back towards my location but then it went past it again and disappeared who knows where.
  I can only imagine that they were picking up jobs on the way and bumping me down the list until they were going to have some downtime.
  All along I tried to make contact with them but they never picked up. So I called the insurance again trying to understand what was going on, and apparently the Meagan driver hung up on them.
  In the end I managed to arrange a tow from a different company but I had to spend 5 hrs by the side of the road.
  Avoid Meagan towing at all costs, they are utterly unreliable and unethical.
