I don't even want to give them a full star. As they are rude, and acting on their own, and not according to the laws.

My account was suspended and closed without notification.
I opened an account about 7 months ago because of a bonus offer promotion for a checking account. They rewarded $20 per month as long as you have a $2500 monthly direct deposit. The way they avoided paying the reward every month was by shifting the direct deposit date. For example, January pay would be deposited on 1 Jan, and February pay would be deposited on 30 Jan. They do this so they can avoid paying the bonus for February.
This is a business practice that shows a lack of integrity with this institution.
I also opened a saving account because they were offering 5% APY. I never had an issue with the savings account.
When i attempted to login online to view my account balance before payday, i received an error message saying "my account is suspected pending investigation". When i called to inquire, no one would give me a reason. I was only told to call back in 10 days for an update. Keep in mind that I had an active $2500 direct deposit going to the checking account that i couldn't confirm.
After 10 days, I called for a status update. I was told that my account was pending closure and I would receive an explanation in the mail along with a check for the amount of my balances.
Since i don't have account access anymore, i can't confirm my account balances or access previous banking statements for accounting/taxes purposes.
I recommend against using this bank as a primary banking institution. The $20 per month (sometimes) and 5% APY isn't worth the headache for me personally.
