I ordered a product online from BEGPUT on July 11, 2022. The product was supposedly sent and delivered (I work from home, nothing was delivered). They supposedly sent it again but this time it "got lost during the shipment". They again claimed they shipped a third time but nothing happened. I asked for a refund. They claimed they could not as they had shipped the product" but agreed to a partial payment on 10/9/2022. After several emails as "they were checking with their finance department", I am still waiting for payment.Initial Complaint

I ordered 2 chairs in April 2022..1st time sent the wrong item..Called them & they told me they would reorder correct item..Item supposedly arrived in ****** after 2 months said it was lost in mail is what they said...Have been trying to get a refund they keep saying there refund section is slow...At this point they do not answer phone or email my texts...This company is a big fraud...Do not want anyone else to be scammed...Initial Complaint

I placed the original order with this company on 7/28/2022 for an outdoor wicker storage box. On 8/18/2022, I received a bracelet instead and asked for a refund. Begput asked if I would would give them a chance to resend and I agreed. However, after tracking the package for weeks and inquired about the delay, I was told this shipment was lost. I requested a refund and promised one from begput on 9/21/22. As of today, 11/1/2022, I still have not received the refund. I want the $76.95 refunded immediately.Initial Complaint

This complaint evolves around a purchase made online on July 22,2022 for a shed on a credit card for the amount of 75.69, order # *****, ***************, tracking number *************. I have never received the order and as many times I contacted the company by email Begput only emailed excuses with no resolve I was seeking in good faith, this has led me to surmise that perhaps Begput are scammers and also breaking the law. So i purchasex 2 portable air compressors from them and was charged to my acct but never receivex any packages its been well over the 2weeks. I ordered it july 13 2022 at 1:42a.m. for 99.98
They were ***** pcp air compressors for scuba tanks.
No one will answer the phone or the company does not respond at all.

I ordered a shed from begput in May. Said my item was delivered and they sent me a CHEAP pair of socks. Emailed them for a refund and they asked me to make it right by sending me the correct product. Waiting a few weeks and tracking said it was lost. Emailed again and asked for a refund in July. Its been a month now and they are claiming it's the financial department and they are still processing it. They told me I would have a refund in 2 weeks and it's been a month now and they won't even give me my full refund. Only 70%Initial Complaint

On May 25th 2022, I purchased a dresser from Begput.com for 88.92, I attempted on a number of occasions to contact the seller by telephone the number(###-###-####) and the number was disconnected. I then contacted them through email via their online site: ****************** on July 12th, 2022. I didn't get a response. Then on June 27th 2022, I filed a claim with my bank **** ******* ****** *****. After a month or more, I attempted to reach back out to Begput.com through email once again letting them know that I had not yet received the ordered merchandise. I finally got a response on July 29, 2022 asking me to withdraw the dispute that I had initially filed with my bank. I responded back by saying, No I was not going to do so because I had not received the merchandise! Then on July 31st 2022, I was sent another email from Begput.com giving me some type of tracking number which I had never seen be for. It stated that I needed to follow the tracking number to track the merchandise. There was also; info to track the merchandise via USPS, the USPS site showed that the merchandise was delivered June 13th 2022 to my zip code 60615, but there was No apartment number all it mentioned was that it was left at mail box. This would have been impossible considering it was a six drawer dresser that was being delivered, it would have had been delivered to my apartment or left at the security desk of my building, not at my mail box! This info was not sent to me until after I filed a claim with my banking institution, which I find rather shady!!!
