    The owner is an awful human being. She is manipulative and a bully. I was unhappy with my haircut and it took everything to try to get a refund and without insults coming from her. Long story short she wont ever admit she did anything wrong, she will twist your words and use it against you and try to make you feel stupid. She insulted me multiple times about how I just unhappy no matter what and will not be happy anywhere else I go, and that my face (*****) does not look like the inspiration photo (***** ****)I showed her so I can't expect to look like her, who says that??!!

    ***** We appreciate your review as you were a visitor to the salon almost a year ago. We had rectified the situation & actually when we blew your hair out properly, it looked very nice & similar to the reference picture that you showed us. As always, there are two sides to every story, so we will leave our details out of social media. We conduct ourselves as a professional salon, we try to accommodate all of our guests & rectify any service that a guest is not happy with, no matter what their ethnicity. We obviously are just not the salon you are looking for. Enjoy your holidays.
