I recently had an unfortunate experience with Professional Carpet Systems and Restoration that I feel compelled to share. After entrusting them with my rug, it took over two months before it was returned to me. To my dismay, not only had the service period been excessively long, but the rug was also returned damaged. Throughout this extended period, the company’s communication was less than transparent. Instead of informing me about the damage, they repeatedly cited a persistent stain as the reason for the delay. This lack of honesty and the disappointing outcome has left me with a negative impression of their service. I would advise others to proceed with caution when considering this company for their carpet cleaning needs.

I very much appreciate you writing this review as this now enables us to fix something that is broken in our system. I have met with our team and we have discussed at length what occurred with your rug cleaning and how the failures affected your service experience. As a team we have reviewed our communication and service standards. We have agreed together that we would never allow another one of our clients to have this experience again.
