    Griffin Hospital repeatedly sends me emails about billing, first they send the bill via email, the email version does not have my account number on it. Second, I have call at least 4 times and each time I get an answer to please check my email or speak to a billing department. The bill has been paid, check the attachments please. I no longer know how to proceed with Griffin Hospital, then cannot be reached!

    I previously had an automatic payment plan set up with Griffin Hospital to pay my outstanding bill. Back in December 2024 I called and asked for ONLY the December payment to not be automatic and made a one time payment by phone. I assumed January would resume my automatic payments as I only asked for 1 month not to be automatic, by February 2025 I noticed Griffin was not taking the automatic payments and called their billing office. No one answered the phone so I left a voicemail, i called again in March and left another voicemail with my information asking for a call back to set my automatic payments again as I did not want this bill to be left unpaid. I never received a call back, i did however receive a letter from a third party debt collector dated April 2, 2025 in attempt to collect a debt from the same place I have been calling since February 2025 to settle said debt. I am being sent to collections for a debt i have proactively tried to pay on various occasions yet their staff never answers or returns calls. I find it frustrating and unacceptable that I now have to deal with a collection agency which can affect my credit for something I have been trying to pay since February of this year yet no one will answer or returns calls.

    On 12/03/2025 9:45 am the patient called to cancel autopay.  Customer service rep advised PT to call back when they wanted to reestablish new autopay payment plan.  Our system show no record of contact with the patient until the day of resolution.  This issue has been resolved as of 04/10/2025.  The account was returned from the collection agency and auto pay was reestablished.  The rep explained that the collection agency does not report our accounts to the credit bureaus and we do not charge any fees or interest.  Please reach out if you have any further questions.

    I have my call history log that shows i left voicemails on 02/14/2025 at 4:13 pm and also on 03/26/2025 at 8:05 pm to their financial assistance department (phone ###-###-####) these call logs can be provided upon request to show that I did indeed try to contact Griffin, I would not make such a claim up. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

    went to my doctors office got there 15 mins early , checked in with the office manager. she forgot to check me in and they had me sitting there for 45 mins . If I did not get up to check why I was not called they would have not said anything . They refused to see me and told me to come back the next day ! That is not how healthcare works ! She needs to be fired !
