    I bought my property 3 years ago and continued with G&H as they knew the well system. I suddenly had a problem and immediately two things became apparent: 1) they do not stand by the quality of their work. Did not take responsibility for an ongoing problem we had under their watch 2) charged me to come diagnose a problem and when I complained they said they will not service me anymore and please not I was not rude with them at all.

    Customer called after business hours on Thursday, 1/25/2024, stating her water softener was not working. A service visit was requested for Friday, 1/26/2024.
    Friday 1/26/2024: Technician arrived and performed a mechanical check of the water system. He found the problem to actually be the 15 year old UV light filter system (customer was not aware of system components, though somehow claims her system was not serviced correctly for 3 years). A power supply cord had failed, causing the UV filter to fail. The technician recommended a new UV light filter system and provided the customer an installation estimate.
    Customer called the office Saturday, 1/27/2024, questioning the diagnosis and service call fee. She stated this problem has been ongoing for 3 years. The problem relates to warm water coming from the cold water taps in the home. There is NO history of customer’s complaint or discussion with regard to this “ongoing” issue.
    In my professional opinion, if the customer’s water problem was a major issue, why have we not been contacted or informed of it? Our office calls on an annual basis to have the well system maintained. Not once was here mention of warm water coming from the cold taps.
    I explained to customer 4 times (she called the office 4 times 1/27/2024) what possible causes of her water issue could be.
    Customer called office again on 1/30/2024. At that point, I informed her there would be no refund given. There is no basis for a refund. She called with a water issue, our technician arrived on time and correctly diagnosed the problem. The customer not agreeing with the diagnosis does not merit a refund.
    After listening to the customer, for the 5th time, complain about the past 3 years of service, I issued a full refund and stated we would no longer provide service to her home.
    This refund was granted prior to the customer filing this complaint. The motive behind this complaint is very clear, and all accusations are not valid. We have 3 years of records to prove there is no truth to the customer’s accusations.
    The refund is processed, and I will have no further response to this customer.
