    I hired Greenwatt Consulting out of ****** ** *** ******** ** to use AI automation to follow up with my historical client list and create leads off of that list. Within the first week they set 5 appointments for me but every single one of the appointments were terrible appointments and the people were not at all interested in getting solar but only were interested in getting a $25 gift card from them. Over the phone, Jackson D****, who is the founder told me that I could cancel anytime but slipped into the agreement that I had to give them a 30 day notice of cancellation which would permit them to continue to charge me for terrible services. I immediately requested to cancel the service and they complied with shutting off my access to their software platform but continued to charge me for junk appointments. I had to file fraud charges against them with my Credit Card company and will likely have to file a small claims lawsuit against them to get me money back. Not only would I NEVER recommend this company to anyone, I would warn all businesses to steer clear of them. They are sneaky and do not do business ethically in my opinion.
