      Paid this company to exterminate rats at my property. Company took my money and didn’t do any of the work they said they were going to do.

      This is false information. We began servicing the property for the rats in November 2023. The tenant at the location, who runs a business there, requested that we not install bait boxes with rodenticide in it out of fear that her small dog would get into the poison bait. Instead, we installed T-Rex Rat Traps, which are black, reusable snap traps that instantly kill the rodent upon being tripped. We provided routine service at the location, contacting ******* brother-in-law for most visits and requesting the garage key from the tenant on site. We charged $65 plus ** sales tax for each service provided at the location. We only charge customers when a service is actually performed and entered into our system while at the customer's location. There are security cameras on this property which will verify our presence. As is the nature of rodents, we do not guarantee a complete eradication of rodent problems. Mice can chew through vinyl, wood, PVC, insulation, gypsum wallboard and more. Rats can chew through concrete and steel. Both can climb and rats can swim. Every port city worldwide, including Waterford, a waterfront city, has a problem with rats. This is an issue of maintenance not extermination. The customer can also take measures to ensure they are not providing a safe haven for rodents by maintaining clear floors, not leaving food or bird seed out, regularly removing trash and replacing missing or damaged seals on the doors to the garage. We are not licensed contractors or house cleaners with the state of *********** and are not in a position to provide those services.
