      Company was contracted by seller of the home we were purchasing to install new leaching field septic system due to previous was not in working order. Previous owner paid a very large sum for this service. Their contract clearly stated removal of rocks within area in order to put in new leaching fields. The rocks which were dug up were then just put in massive pile at end of property along with roots, brush and other debris. Previous owner nor were we allowed to ask for the removal as stated in contract nor even consulted as to where they could put the rocks instead of one huge pile. When we finally did get the chance to see the rocks we asked if they could be removed as stated and were told no that removed meant just dug up from existing are and moved. Just awful. Worker was rude and miserable. Contract also stated put down 25lbs of grass seed. This service was done in Nov. so now grass growing and seeing all missing areas from no seed put down and whatever kind of seed used is not grass of any quality. Just awful quality. The seller paid this company over $30,000 and rcvd. worst service ever. The whole lawn was destroyed instead of area where leaching field & well was supposed to go. Left yard and absolute mess. Shame because Snow rcvd. a lot of money for service from an elderly couple who was not able to view work as it was going on and to do such a horrific job is inexcusable. Snow knew the sellers wouldn't be able to view what was going on an totally took advantage of them and now as the buyers we have to deal with all their poor workmanship. Beware of this company.
