    I purchased 2 used electric stoves and 2 used ** refrigerators on January 20th. After multiple delays, rescheduling and poor communication the appliances were finally delivered on January 29th. Upon delivery one of the delivery persons stole a portable speaker from my unit and denied it. (I was reimbursed by the store owner after some back and forth about it). On February 2nd one the refrigerators was not working and after several back and forth interactions and delays a "technician" came to look at the problem in February 11th. They said the compressor must have gotten dislodged upon delivery, put it back in place and left. At that time the fridge worked like it should. On February 14th, I reached out again because the fridge was leaking what looked like oil and did not get a response. I texted once again asking if my message was received and nothing. The fridge has not been working since and I have been unable to get the issue rectified.

    I purchase several appliances but in October 2023 it not only took them over a month to deliver because they kept saying they had issue with delivery but then they charged me $300 additional for installation of a fridge and deliver. when they finally delivered my appliances the delivery men said they don’t install fridge (ice and water). I contacted the original “owner” ***** to which I paid in full over $2000.00 and explained the issue she told me she would return my fee and resolve after month they come to put up my fridge named Orlando “new owner” to “bring me a new one “one week ago they keep my fridge and my money and are now ignore all contact I have contacted and been very patient they took my fridge my money and now are just refusing to address the situation. Now I’m losing more money having to buy food daily for my elderly mother and son.

    My Name is Orlando D**** and i am the owner of Eagle Appliances. This communication is in response to complaint no. ********.  In September 14, 2023 *** ******* ****** purchased 1 refrigerator, 1 stove double oven, 1 Washing machine, and one Dryer machine for a total of 2392.88 which includes taxes and delivery fees plus installation. No additional fees for delivery was made as Mrs ****** ******* There was only one payment made for $2392.88. When the purchase was made Mrs ****** had expressed that her house was being remodeled and that she would advise the delivery could be made. Upon following up with Mrs ****** for a delivery date Mrs ****** often postpone her delivery as she would express the house was not done and that there was a delay with the construction which cause our original delivery date to be delayed. Once all of appliance purchased where delivered most of the appliances plug ins where not installed and when asked Mrs ****** expressed the set up/plugs for the appliances where completed installed yet there for the installation could be properly installed as she did not have the set up for the installation. We had express to Mrs ****** that we did not do any electrical work or plumbing that she would have contract someone to get the job done and that our main job was just to do the installation. When i customer purchases an item, they have a 30-day warrantee which when the items were delivered the warrantee had already expired since the warrantee starts the day of purchase. However, Mrs. ****** had an additional warrantee that was given to her for one year through a company called ***. Mrs ****** called around 4 to 5 months after the delivery and explained the refrigerator was not working. Mrs ****** refused to call *** and use her warrantee.  Eagle Appliances as company and in order to continue to have a good working relationship with the customer decided to help Mrs ****** and took the refrigerator back and provided her a refund for the refrigerator plus delivery and installation fee which totaled $950.00 This refund was made on 06/15/2024. This refund was made to her credit card which it didn't go through as the credit card used was no longer good and Mrs ****** when to our Business to pick up the check
