      I feeli was deceived by the person working the cashier bcs I ordered a sandwich from their menu of ham, egg and cheese. I wanted it with mayonnaise and tomatoes. She charged me separately for these ingredients. I saw on the menu behind her a message that was under the sandwich menu that said all our sandwiches are served with mayonnaise, lettuce,tomato and ketchup. I told the cashier about it and she shrugged me off telling me her boss told her to charge extra. I tell her I’m not getting extra just what comes with in the sandwich. She tells me if I want the ingredients she has to charge me! I have my receipt of the extra charges!

      Hello, firstly we apologize if the customer felt mistreated from one of our employees. We will speak with said employee and ensure this type of crude behavior does not reoccur.
      As for the sandwich, all our sandwiches come plain and the customer must specify what exactly they want on it. At the bottom of the sign it states that all of those items are served “per clients request” and this is to avoid complications of allergies (especially mayonnaise) that many people have, thus each condiment and topping are an additional charge as they are not included in the base price.
      We apologize for any misconception. We would be more than happy to refund the transaction.
