    This company deserves 0 stars. We paid for a service expecting professionalism and quality care, but instead were met with incredibly poor customer service and disappointing results. Not only did they fail to deliver what was promised, but their communication and attitude throughout the process was unacceptable. Our car is in WORSE condition then when we dropped it off. We tried addressing our concerns, but they were ignored and dismissed. This experience has left us frustrated and out of pocket $650. My wife called for over a week and was ignored. I called from my number and was told that they would not speak to two different people. We are married, and it’s our car. They told my wife the parts were faulty and under warranty. Yet they told me she never called. The mechanic was unprofessional and hung up instead of fixing the issue. No one has called back to rectify the issue. I WOULD STRONGLY CAUTION OTHERS BEFORE CHOOSING THEM TO PROVIDE ANY SERVICES ON YOUR CAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
