    We paid a deposit for $35,625 to have them start working on the quote they provided to us for our Restaurant located: *** ******* **** **** ********* *** Payment was made 9/19/2023. They delivered some material the beginning of October - but have not started work. They will not return phone calls. We can not get them to communicate with us on when they will be back out to start the project.

    This complaint is redundant. We are not associated with this customer. we have never spoken and was not our on site contact. There was communication with Tiger H******, whom IS our provided building representative on-site contact. Please see email attached, dated December 20th 2023 at 10:21am explaining there was a delay and an apology for it. We spoke with the customer and our crew is on-site as of this morning. This issue was resolved with customer and customer agreed to revoke complaint based on the fact that he did not agree with his associate to file one.

    This company has a 0-star rating. They took our church's money $90,000 to start a roofing job for almost a year and they still haven't started. The church took out a loan to purchase additional materials that they ordered and the materials have been sitting on top of the roof of the building for months. We ordered two dumpsters (with a daily rate charge) that have been sitting on the property since September and they have yet to show up. They are not answering any calls and would periodically send text messages about the start date and they never showed up. We have reached out to the town of **** ******** to see if they have pulled out a permit to start the job and they have yet to do so. This has been going on for months and they have already received the full labor cost for the job. I am asking Better Business Bureau to please help our church get its money back. Our parishioners and our pastor are worried that they've been robbed by this company. We certainly are worried they may be more people that are being taken advantage of by Four Seasons Construction and we would like to put a stop to it.

    Mr. *****, I apologize for the delay but there have been quite a few factors that have kept us from starting this project. The roof wasn’t safe to perform any work, therefore additional material was needed in order to proceed. The approval process and material delivery, unfortunately, took months. We were in contact with Mr. *****, every step of the way. After being notified about the additional material and labor required,Mr. ***** contacted us back a few months wanting to know if we can start the project the same week, which was not possible. In September we notified Mr. ***** the project wasn’t going to start for a while because we had other projects on schedule. We have every intention on starting and finishing this project. We do not take advantage of any of our customers and remain diligent in our efforts to ensure customers are 100% satisfied. I am sincerely apologetic for the delay and misunderstanding, If there are any other issues please call our office and a member from our team will be happy to assist ************
