      The washing machines here use cross payments only which they provide. The machines do nit read the balance properly. So you’re constantly putting money in just to get a wash. The owner is never available, email and phone number posted for complaints are invalid . The attendant doesn’t speak proper English, so nothing gets resolved. This place is a scam.

      Hello,

      they have refunded my portion from that day.  Just waiting on the $13.13 and $10 from the card never retrieved from the machine.

      I went to Super Saver laundromat today at 8 am to do my wash. I used their large drum. It costs $15.64 That may not be a lot of money but the wash was supposed to run 29 minutes. It did not! The machine put water on the clothes and stopped. I waited until 9 am for the manager to come in his name is Dan and I tried to speak to him about the issue. He told me “if there’s no sign on it it works!” Then he told me he isn’t in charge of the place when everyone there said he was the manager/owner. All I wanted was for him to start another wash in a different machine. He was very confrontational and intimidating and raised his voice at me saying there was nothing wrong with the dryer. I told him I’m a customer and he should not treat me that way and I dried my damp clothes and left. I don’t think anyone should go through this when spending their money at an establishment. Especially when machines in laundromats break down all the time. I would have appreciated him checking it because there were signs on at least 4 machines two weeks prior. Dan also told me to call customer service and pointed to a sign he has in the store and I called it and it’s some sort of sweepstakes entry number. Not helpful and just a fraudulent number put up so that people cannot have their issues with transactions addressed.
