    My husband and I were customers of Savol Pools for about four years and they are well aware of my husband’s brain injury, maybe that's why they thought they could take advantage of us, which is why they needed to call me to keep me informed of any issues. They opened and closed our pool for us because I just didn't have the energy to do it as I work and take care of my disabled spouse full-time. The previous season however they performed work we did not ask them too and when they opened the pool for us this season I noticed problems. It seems like they cannot keep employees because they kept asking me questions that they should have had the answers too. When I brought the issues to their attention, they did not want to claim responsibility for the damage and charged us, without my knowledge mind you, to fix the problem. You don't perform work without discussing it with your customer first and expect them to pay you. I also did not like how they would charge my card without notice. When they closed our pool for us last year it took them almost a month before they charged me for the final balance, I had assumed they charged me the same day. I do not like a company that will charge you for services, expected and unexpected ones, when they feel like charging your card instead of when the work is performed. In the end, they have done me a huge favor as I found someone a lot cheaper to open and close my pool. Their newest employee had the nerve to say my husband made their tech guy uncomfortable. My 65-year-old physically and mentally handicapped husband made your young strong male pool guy uncomfortable, yeah right. If you have seniors or physically/mentally impaired individuals in your home, I do not recommend Savol pools. Lynn, thank you for your help and contacting me the way you did in 2022, maybe if were you still the main contact person this would not have happened. I hope you received a promotion because you were the only reason I kept using Savol.
