I hired movers to moved items in my house into a ****** truck. They had damaged some items and put a hole in the wall. I had filed a claim and now the owner is trying to say I broke my own stuff and trying to blame them. He is always insulting me in text message.

Additional pictures of text thread to be added, 5 was the limit.

To clarify, the crew loaded items into a * **** truck. After 2 hours, the customer let them go and had the * **** truck driven to a nearby POD at her mother’s home. She then proceeded to unload the items listed + everything else in the POD herself & with husband. She confirmed this in her text thread with me.

In the time of her unloading from truck and reloading into POD, there’s no saying what she could’ve done to the items herself damage wise and is now trying to pin it on us. The crew acknowledges and takes blame for the dent in wall. I offered her $50 out of pocket directly to her as compensation to compound and cover the wall issue. She denied. She also had no padding or tie downs. David offered his own ratchet strap to tie down the load.

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because:
My parents did not unload the ******. This business is lying. I did not tell them that. I have all text messages and how he treated me.
    Sincerely,
