    If I could give zero stars, I would. This company “works” with the **** community care program. I set up an appointment to have my wisdom teeth removed. The initial contact was pleasant. I specifically asked if I needed to change the date of my surgery can I just call them back. They stated I could as long as it was with in a week of the appointment. When I called the week before they told me if I moved the date that I wouldn’t be allowed treatment at their facility at all. Their basis was that the ** doesn’t like when a veteran changes dates. They were firm on their policy that if I as a veteran being covered by the ** changed my appointment that I would not be allowed treatment, even though they specifically said it’s not in writing. The perceived stance of this medical office is that they do not want to treat veterans since they cannot overcharge for their services and make a profit. They have openly discriminated against veterans treatment even though they supposedly are an approved facility with the community care program. I talked to the ** and they were aware of multiple complaints involving this medical office. They also stated that changing the date of an appointment is not an issue. This office is unprofessional and openly discriminated against veterans. Do not schedule any services with immoral Dr’s that are not in the business of helping patients.

    Dr very rude, didn't even introduce himself.
    Billing dishonest.
    I am an RN, never treated my patients the way all of them did.
