The worst people I've ever meet They will lie and take advantage of the uneducated on insurance. The main corporate is Tony is a crook and scammer top everything off he tries to talk down, twist words and loves to speak over you, they go after your insurance for the absolute most money? They come in and out of your house in both processes, They do not communicate with you throughout the whole process things change also things got broken They take no responsibility Like my main curtain for my kitchen, which I had to toss out because I wasn’t going to keep telling Tony it was his people who broke it. I was just trying to get the job done which I had to communicate with the coordinator, Ernie he has a good spirit. He has absolutely no coordination skills I constantly had to call him throughout this whole process. I wouldn’t receive phone calls, I left messages because I wouldn’t hear from them I’ll get I’ll call you back. These people charge your insurance, the highest prices they call it overhead they will lie to you and say they don’t me. Being impatient I started my drywall, Including the materials to work with the drywall was around $150 bucks they charge or attempted to charge the insurance over $750 for just one claim when they did a quarter of plaster. Very important they want to put their name on the check the insure give me luckily I did not. The deductible that’s supposed to go to the insurance I had 3 claims $2000 deductible each all their overcharging they did they attempted to try and charge me $7000 additional dollars Tony was trying to fast talk me twisting things to try to confuse me on all my claims and so many things i did my self, I started the drywall because I was waiting so long for Servpro to do the things that they needed to do because they started the job even “before I received my money from my insurance them knowing that, they would’ve had communication with my insurance there was supposed to be temporary sink so I could have running water.

Hello ******* We are disappointed by your recent review, but not surprised. Unfortunately, your review does not negate the fact that there is still a significant outstanding balance owed to our company. We kindly request that you remit payment for the several thousand dollars that remain unpaid.
Although we typically avoid engaging in this manner, we feel it necessary to address the inaccuracies in your public statements about our company. You’ve misrepresented several facts; I will correct them here as you’ve chosen this public forum.
Our company was hired to help you with three of the seven claims you’ve had in the past two years. We are glad you had a great and efficient experience with our crew, customer satisfaction is a part of our culture!
You are correct to say there is a delay from mitigation to construction. Construction work, unlike mitigation services, must be negotiated with the insurance company prior to the work beginning. There is a lot of time that goes into this process. We provided proposals to your insurance company in a timely manner. Proof of communication was provided at your request. The delays were not within our control but rather due to the insurance company’s processes, as you acknowledged when you contacted your insurance adjuster’s supervisor to voice your displeasure.
While frustration in the process is understandable, your interactions were unkind and erratic. If you were unhappy with our company, you did not need to continue with us. You were free to choose another vendor. In fact, you’ll recall we suggested that you do so. After lengthy discussions you assured us you understood the process and would be able to continue the project with a level head.
Once negotiations are settled a contract is written. Construction services are not performed without a contract and a deposit. As you were unable to fund the project, we were unable to begin the repairs until the money was released from the insurance company. For your understanding, construction money is never given to a vendor and is always paid to the insured. This is common knowledge in our industry, so we would not expect to collect directly from the insurance company, nor would you ever pay a deductible to your insurance company. It’s unfortunate that your prior experiences haven’t clarified these standard practices.
Our office invested considerable time explaining the contract, scope, timeline, and payment procedures to you. Despite detailed explanations from multiple team members, you repeatedly sought the same information. In two days, you spoke with three different people to rehash the same information. This demonstrates our commitment to thorough communication. Although we spent ample time detailing all facets of the project, the following week you visited our office to review the same information again.
On April 22nd you visited our office, we reviewed the contracts and payments again. You left the office happy and with understanding. On April 23rd you returned, stating that you did not understand the contracts and payment. At this time, you were aggressive and hostile. Your behavior was very alarming. We agreed to what you said to deescalate the situation. These interactions were startling and documented.
It’s worth noting your review does not have any grievances about the work. We have provided you a quality service and left you with a beautifully renovated kitchen. The services are not free. All our pricing was negotiated with your insurance company. The adjuster overseeing your claim is experienced and reviewed the quotes. If the pricing was exorbitant, the insurance company would not have agreed to it. But they did. That is because it was fair. The insurance company paid our invoices, unfortunately, you in turn spent the money. The money that you misappropriated will not be forgiven.
In addition to the misappropriation of the insurance proceeds, you intimidated our contractor into performing additional work outside of the scope resulting in additional costs that you have not paid for. Additionally, if you are able to hire a quality drywall vendor for $150 we would encourage you to take advantage of the bargain. The drywall you installed was not only installed on electrical outlets but due to workmanship all needed to be recoated and re-sanded.
Following your review, you sent a text message intended to taunt our office. While we regret that the situation has deteriorated to this point, it appears that reason remains elusive. We wish you well and hope you enjoy your newly renovated space. Please settle your outstanding bill so that we can conclude this matter appropriately.
